The Stanford Department of Pathology seeks an outstanding MD, MD/PhD, or PhD with expertise in molecular pathology or clinical cytogenetics and genomics for appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in the University Medical Line or Clinician Educator Line. Board eligibility or equivalent training in Cytogenetics, Laboratory Genetics and Genomics, or Molecular Genetic Pathology is required. The successful candidate will share clinical responsibilities and be expected to collaborate with other faculty in test development and a shared vision of comprehensive germline and somatic genomic laboratories serving our patients.

The expected based pay range for this position is:
Assistant Professor: $264,000 - $282,000
Associate Professor: $313,000 - $331,000
Professor: $373,000 - $385,000
This pay range reflects base pay, which is based on faculty rank and years in rank. It does not include all components of the School of Medicine’s faculty compensation program or pay from participation in departmental incentive compensation programs.
