[Job Posting Alert] Clinical Laboratory Geneticist Position at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre

The Department of Pathology and Molecular Medicine at Kingston Health Sciences Centre is recruiting for a Clinical Laboratory Geneticist for the Clinical Genetics Laboratory.

The successful candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible for the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ABMGG) or a Fellow of Canadian College of Medical Genetics (CCMG) or international equivalent in the areas of molecular and/or cytogenetics. The ideal candidate will have experience and be knowledgeable in constitutional genetics, somatic genetics, molecular and cytogenomic testing.

The successful candidate will demonstrate effective communication and leadership skills, and an ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. With a faculty appointment in the Department of Pathology and Molecular Medicine at Queen’s University, there will be ample opportunities to be actively engaged in teaching and research. 

Expected Salary range: CAD $162,327 - $194,142 per annum + benefits/pension
